2024 New Year Resolution
I personally create a new year resolution in Jan every year personally. However, it’s quite hard to follow, and I forget about them easily due to it’s private. They’re not enforceable if you just write down by yourself and keep it secret.n So, in this second newsletter, I’ll share my new year resolution! Please be a part of my 2024 journey! (O = Objective, KR = Key Result)

SAKE Party!

We organized our first SAKE party this weekend! It was a wonderful event with three sake specialists who guided us through tasting amazing sakes and food, as well as discussing the sake app. I learned a lot about sake from their explanations of the taste, aroma, and food pairing.
It's disappointing that the variety of sakes available in the US is so limited. However, I am determined to create a future where we can enjoy a greater variety of sakes.
This Week’s Sake
Furosen Muroka Nama Genshu Yamahai Junmai Ginjo
I love this sake sooooo much. It tastes like mature, deep, cigar, wiskey. It was so unique. At warmer temperatures, the umami exploded in my mouth. I recommend to make it warm after you drink chilled.
On the sixth day after opening, this sake woke up as well from deep sleep. It was amazing. It presents an initial milky, somoothness, rich umami.
